Intalio BPM contains the Process Library which includes a number of detailed models, for a wide variety of departments and functions. Depending on how customized your procedures are, you may be able to run the templates as is, or tweak them to better fit your needs. It provides templating for variety of areas such as Finances, Human Resources, or Product Management.

• Process Designer - The Process Designer includes just the basic shapes needed to design fully executable processes. Integration with Intalio|BPP Enterprise Edition allows setting up more complex integration scenarios which will be still having business people design and deploying the process on their own. After completion of process diagram, one can run the process with one click.
• Activity Configurator - The Activity Manager allows configuring detailed information about each step of the process, its participants, task schedules, notes, and links to any documents or additional resources. The intuitive design makes it easy to make sure that one can assign the right activity to the right person, at the right time, while the underlying engine takes care of all security aspects.
• User Manager - The User Manager allows you to define fine-grained levels of control over people, groups, roles, and the organization at large, without the fine-grained mess. It can also be integrated with an internal Directory Server, using Intalio|BPP Enterprise Edition.
• Organizational Charts - Organizational Charts provide users with increased visibility into roles and responsibilities, and how these play out in the process execution. They also allow business users to easily configure the process participants, and determine where they are needed at the various steps in the process.
• Gantt Chart - The Gantt Chart gives managers and designers critical views into the duration of tasks over the lifetime of the process. Dependencies are configurable to make sure that conflicts can be avoided. Moreover, Gantt charts provide information needed to make sure that tasks are performed on time, and alerts are sent when certain thresholds are reached.
• Activity Manager - The Activity Manager provides a consolidated view of process instances, tasks, steps and their current color coded status. Managers and employees with assigned tasks and proper permissions can ascertain the scheduled duration of the task, when the task was activated, the participant assigned to the task, as well as the cost and time estimated for completion. If the task is in jeopardy of not getting completed on time or on budget, managers can easily drill down to more detailed views in order to identify and resolve problems ahead of time.
• Administrative Console - The Administrative Console gives managers access to the status of all process instances, tasks, and steps. They can drill down to get detailed information about any process, or modify process models as well as process instances on the fly. The Administrative Console can also be integrated with System Management tools such as CA Unicenter, HP OpenView, or Tivoli, using Intalio|BPP Enterprise Edition.
