  • Health Insurance: All full-time employees may participate in Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance benefits plan on the first of the month following their date of hire.
  • 401k Retirement Savings Plan: Saving money for retirement has never been this easy. Charles Schwab and REDPIPAL have teamed together to offer a great 401k plan. All employees are eligible to enroll in the plan on the first of the month following their date of hire. Employees are eligible to rollover a distribution from a previous employer's Qualified Plan upon hire.
  • Flexible Spending Account: All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Pre-tax Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts.
  • Vacation: Everyone needs a break once in awhile. As a full-time regular employee working at least 35 hours per week, you accrue 10 days of vacation a year for your first three years of employment, and 12 days a year after three years.
  • Employee Referral Program: Once employed, receive an attractive gift worth $250 for referring others to work at REDPIPAL. Employees provide resumes to our HR department and are eligible to receive the referral gift once the referred candidate is hired and has been with REDPIPAL for 3 months.
